Kalibrgun Cricket 2 Slugs

For those that have a Cricket 2 and shoot slugs do you mind posting what you use. Im under the impression it will handle slugs just fine. I know it has to be dialed a bit and will order some samples but would like to narrow my options.

Mine likes the JSB 18g for pellets. I want figure how she does at greater distances.

I had one for a while and tried slugs. The best results I got were with NSA 17.5’s and the 20.whatevers. It did not like anything heavier.

My Tactical 60, unchoked barel, shoots the NSA 17.5gr 0.216 very accurately .

I was shooting the 17.5’s around 920. The 20.? Were right around 900. I tried to push them faster but accuracy started to deteriorate.

Matt Duber has an older video explaining slugs vs pellets and it will help in trying to figure out which slugs to try and why, so you don’t waste time.

I haven't tried slugs yet but from everything I'm reading slugs like speed. Try what you have set and work up from there.
