I was having same problem yesterday I un-installed and reinstalled and it works now

5 bar is only 72psi it shouldn't cause valve lock or a low shot I would have to say you need a tad more hammer spring and it will never be perfect it's the nature of a balanced valve each side is sealed to atmosphere and u will have stiction when a oring is involved not really any way around it

Well I've used my cast 36 gr slugs and they shoot pretty accurate if you cherry pick them meaning look threw for defects they are running 970 ish and h&n slugs 40 gr are a Lazer at 935 ish which I'm happy with
