Yes, that's Scotts custom built rig. The whole Centercut team shot it. I think the barrel is 48" long! Maybe Scott will chime in with details on his build.

Event Schedule has been updated on the original post above. Light rain is predicted for Saturday, so you might want to bring some rain gear. The benches are covered, so the EBR events are under roof, it's just the EFT on Friday and Saturday morning, that competitors might be exposed to the rain.
