So I had the high power Huma regulator installed by my local FX shop. Same result. Rifle was not used for several days and it took 5-6 shots to get it on speed. 4 hours later, fully charged, it was off by 40 fps on first shot. 20 fps off seconds shot. So I guess the new regulator did not help...

100% agree. Same experience. I think I had some headshots maybe 3-4x when the dance did not follow but the animal went down. Each time the animal was still breathing and I had to follow up with another headshot. Then the dance happened. By the way, those were all good shots too. I guess...

Ahh I see... Yeah I do shoot them from the side as well. But they still do the dance for me regardless.
