First two photos are the machined blank, second two are the original barrel. At this point I rather get another blank and try again with a different machinist.

Yeah, I sent the OEM barrel along with the blank and pellet probe.

Fixable: 1) Breech ring needs machined down, too large and won’t allow magazine to seat. 2) Not enough material removed down the length of the barrel. Needs to be forced in towards the end and will rip out o-rings when first inserting. Not Fixable: 1) Miscommunication and barrel cut shorter...

A gunsmith did the current barrel, would prefer a recommendation this time.

Had a LW 1:17 blank in .25 made for the Delta Wolf and the profile came out wrong. Couple areas could be fixed, however OAL was shorter than expected. Can anyone recommend someone that they have had a good experience with?

Nope, I am saying that I have issues with my factory mode and a regulator did not fix it. If your rifle is capable of doing it in advanced and not factory then you have narrowed the list.

I just purchased everything needed (aside from barrel) at a very reasonable price from AOA. If you don’t plan to swap between setups you may make a good chunk of money back by selling a barrel with shroud/cone etc on the forum. I believe they have more parts for sale than what is shown online.

He already bought a .25 air rifle and scope clicks negate drop concerns. OP also mentioned a coyote problem which typically would lend itself to a larger caliber, as you have pointed out.
