Actually seller asking buyer to use friends and family to avoid fees is also against the rule TOS. If you are selling goods, you MUST use goods and services. Thats in the freaking name lol. Friends and family is use to send grandma some cash to buy eggs. Lmao. Please read TOS b4 using PayPal. Not hard.

What I want to see a change is. Seller putting price on an item. He is asking $1000. So that is what buyer should pay. Seller will then pay the fee. But 90% of ads on classified, Seller always ask buyer to pay fees or use friends and family. Then get fk when sellers don't send anything lol. I will NEVER use friends and family for a stranger. So don't even bother asking to pay with friends and family. Smh

My 97 is tuned @ 11.6 and a wonderful shot cycle . i wish i had said 10 or 9 FPE
Also i have a 2nd. TX200 i want to get tuned to 9 FPE

Dfp23, They did reply to my inquiry on the 11th Oct. no apology, just stated out of stock and more coming, no definite time. So, I went to the website on the 11th, where it showed out of stock for the CS4 and used a different email to request a notification for when it was in stock. I had a reply the next day saying that I could order right then and it would be in stock in a week. If true, that would be the 18th. I'll wait a bit more and see what transpires. Funny that Amazon has stock, but the manufacturer does not, and they ship from the same warehouse... I'll just get out my hand pump

I think you are missing the point. It is against the rule aka against TOS terms of service for seller to ask buyers to pay any fees. It's not about like paying fees or not. We don't like paying taxes but we do cause that is the rules. Same with paypal. Seller pays fees. Simple as that. People are too closed minded they only see one path. Lmao. If rules is, either seller or buyers pay fees I would see seller asking buyers to pay fee. But NO. Sellers pay fee. Not buyers. Read freaking TOS. God dammit lmao

All of this reminds me of the time I had a 10+ page review going of a gun that just disappeared one day. Literally GONE. No record of it, no hits on searches, G.O.N.E.

I reached out to Michael and was told it was pulled because of FX lawyers saying the hammer spring tension adjustment design was too similar. I told him if I went through those 10-12 pages of reviews and doctored every image or reference to the hammer spring tension adjustment if the review could be out back up. Michael is a good guy and actually helped me go through and make it all lawsuit kosher.

Ridiculous.

Some are quick to lawyer up, FX is the fastest.

As to whoever has the deepest pockets winning when lawyers are involved, I witnessed a completely different airgun industry situation play out exactly in that fashion. The "winner" of the case was the one able and willing to continue paying the lawyer fees.
