I kept saying no... now im saying notos

I'm typically not an umarex fan, but with all the positive reviews on this gun, and the 20% off at PA I caved.

$228 shipped to my door, an received today. Cleaned the barrel, filled with air, slapped a bugbuster on top...

Wow! Getting dime sized groups with just about everything I've tried so far, besides crow mags. Those did decent too.

Here is a group

15 mph R2L wind, 35 yards, FTTs 5.53

Without wind, it would've been a much tighter group. One flier, but I dont sort pellets. Inside of 25, itll stack crosmans. I haven't put 100 pellets down the pipe yet.

Also, she got her first blood on a young starling who obviously couldn't hear this rig because it's very quiet.

This is one of the second batch that's come in. I put it on backorder last week during the sale, and couldn't be happier.

I don't feel any grit in the trigger like some have said. Maybe they corrected that issue. Also, it gets about 35 shots before it starts to drop velocity, but I can hear the report is different after it comes off the regulator.

It really is a great little pesting rig. Got another 2 starlings, one down in the brush line, and one got it up the ass with a 14.3 and flew off. I'm sure it didn't make it far, definitely had the pop sound of a good hit.

Ok everyone, get a clean set of undergarments ready

I just did a 7 shot off hand group at 10 yards with 21 grain baracudas in 5.52mm

Showed promise, so I sat down with a throw pillow front rest on my BBQ grill, and shot this 5 hole group at 25 yards.

A nice quiet hammer for rabbits. I can barely hear the report on these heavy pellets.

I was so worried the new batch would have worse barrels, but its looking like they improved them to like heavier ammo.

It's going to be hard to pick up my other guns now.

I'm so enamored with this beauty that I completely missed a golden opportunity to shoot a squirrel! I heard the claws but didn't even think about it because I was drooling over my groups!

Last group of the day, losing the light.

7 shots, all thru the magazine, not SST. 35 yards, 21 grain 5.52, still a steady 7-10mph R2L wind.

Those 2 up top of the group were all me. I bet money if I mounted this in a gun vise it would do a ragged one hole. This dog will hunt!

I caved too. Mine will be here tomorrow. I think for shooting pigeons in our barn it'll be hard to beat. Have a little red dot for it. Will likely tune mine to around 12fpe though. I don't need 20fpe
Hope you get a good one... have there been any bad ones? Sure don't see them in the classifieds

Appreciate all the details. I've got 15.xx Hades coming tomorrow with the Notos. Fun times should be ahead!
Sweet! I actually forgot to try hades in this one. Theyre pretty accurate in most of my guns so I skipped them for now.

I tried the baracuda on a whim, since I had just bought 2000 of them for my Kral 22 that liked them. I'm blown away how accurate they are.

-So far, I've tried-
Crosman 14.3 hollows
Air arms 16s 5.52
FX 15.89 5.51
H&N terminator 16.36
H&N baracuda 5.52

The fx did the worst, the air arms and crosmans are about on par giving nickels at 35. The terminators are about a nickel or a little bigger. I have quite a few more pellets to try, but I'll probably run the crosmans for plinking and playing, and obviously the cuda will be used for killing. I can't wait to hear the energy dump on a squirrel head at 20.

just goes to show you no 2 barrels like the same pellet,
my notos LOVES the FX 15.89 even more than the jsb 15.89.
