I’m liking the 48 on advice. The 350 is a premium which has less plastic, which is big plus.

I do not find the 48, 350, or even my 23ftlb D56 difficult to cock although some people seem to swear they are. I can shoot those guns all day without breaking a sweat. I actually find the slap of the butt pad on the 350 into my shoulder more tiresome than cocking the gun in all honesty.

Will the 350 stand up to the beating it takes?
My buddy had two xisco replicas, hardest springer I’ve ever seen. Both fell apart. I know they’re not the same but curious - cautious.
I already put a hold on a 350 and 3 ZR mounts. Crow

I've only had mine a few months but I've got 4 tins through it so far without anything falling apart

My vote is for the 48. A great hunting gun. Heavy, but that helps with the recoil, and they are very easy to sling.

One trick I used on my 48 was to use two of the "rear" mounts - the ones with recoil pins - to mount my scope, one on either end of course.

Also replaced the steel barrel sleeve with a lighter aluminum shroud. Did I mention a great hunting gun? Mine shot just a shade under 20 fpe, which was plenty, as I was able to hit what I aimed at lol -

I’d go with the 48 Crow. Shot my 52 today and remembered how much I like it. It’s a proven gun, and the T06 is a good trigger. If you decide it’s a little short for you look at Nitrocrushr’s article on the 54 where he added an adjustable butt pad. Very nice and adds a little length. It will also drop right into a D52 stock if you can find one.

I have a RWS 350 177 cal when AOA put them on sale for $199 a few years ago. Mike Melick did tune it for me. I got trigger pull less than 1 lb. Heavy and unweildy in the field but good for hunting. Steady on bench rest. Looks pretty and good metal and wood craftsmanship. I was hitting 1.5" at 80 yards with JSB 10.3 gr pellets about 70% of the time when I last shot it. Need more practice as gun is far more accurate than I can shoot it. Plenty of power for squirrels and crows. I like the metal front sight on the RWS 350 better than the plastic ones on most RWS guns. I think it is harder to shoot than my FWB and HW guns. It is a good choice for a magnum springer in my collection and fills the niche my HW 35, FWB 300, HW 35, Crossman 140 and Sheridan Blue Streak cannot fill. and much better in my opinion than a Gamo or Hatsan model. Due to hard to cock and difficult to shoot consistent groups, you can find them cheap used. Try to get a tuned one if possible. However a Diana 460, 48 or 54 would be similar or better and probably easier to get consisent groups. I would go where you can get the best price. Cannot go wrong with any of them.

Got back from AGS. I should be banned from there! Payed for a 350 and 3 ZR mounts. Unbox it, take outside. Hey this is a underlever. I grabbed a 460 by mistake.😜 I load the new addition shoot with iron sights. Cannon. Wow, not use to these velocity’s. Just the sound alone when it whacks a plate.

Thanks. I’ll tell you I’m in withdrawal now. Few weeks ago I was shooting 2-4 hrs daily. I haven’t shot all week what I did in one day,
I rotate the guns and use 4-6 different daily, depending how long shooting. They’re all different, I like the challenge. They always bring a smile to my face, but occasionally one will piss you off. I guess you could say, never enough.
My wife supports me a 100%, always encouraging me to shoot. Yesterday she said I had enough guns, but one more was OK. Crow
