User Agreement

This User Agreement governs your access to and use of Airgun Nation, including https://www.airgunnation.com and all associated forums, services, and features (collectively, the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

• The Service is only available to individuals 18 years of age or older. By registering, you represent that you meet this requirement.
• If under 18, you represent that you have parental or guardian consent to use the Service.

2. User Accounts

• Only one account per person is allowed. Multiple accounts may result in suspension or termination.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify Airgun Nation immediately of unauthorized use.

3. User Content

• All content, information, and opinions (collectively, “Content”) are the sole responsibility of their authors, not Airgun Nation.
• By submitting Content, you grant Airgun Nation a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use, publish, and republish your Content in connection with the Service.
• You retain copyright ownership of your Content.

4. Prohibited Activities

You may not submit or engage in Content or activities that:

• Are defamatory, abusive, obscene, hateful, harassing, or otherwise unlawful.
• Infringe on intellectual property rights/copyrights, or share others’ private/personal information without consent.
• Promote unsafe or illegal use of airguns, including irresponsible handling, unlawful activity, or self-defense use.
• Relate to the design, creation, or fabrication of homemade silencers.
• Contain spam, scams, or unapproved commercial solicitation/retail sales.
• Deliberately disrupt or derail discussions, including trolling, baiting, or off-topic posting.
• Engage in political or religious debates, which are prohibited due to their divisive nature.
• Clandestine advertising is not permitted. It is our policy to only allow sponsored vendors to have a retail voice on AGN. Manufacturing or redistributing multiple items for sale, for profit, or on demand is considered retail sales.

5. Zero Tolerance Policy

Airgun Nation enforces a strict zero tolerance policy for the following:

• Threats of violence. Any member who threatens others—whether on the forum, via private message, email, or social media—will be permanently banned without notice.
• Child exploitation or abuse. Any material that sexually exploits, endangers, or depicts abuse of children—including grooming, sextortion, trafficking, or sexualization of minors—will result in immediate account termination and reporting to the appropriate authorities (including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children, where applicable).
• Conversion of moderators into firearm silencers. Any content describing methods, adapters, or modifications intended to convert airgun moderators into firearm silencers will result in immediate termination of your account.

Violations of this policy may also result in referral to law enforcement and preservation of account information for investigative purposes.

6. Moderation and Enforcement

• Airgun Nation reserves the right to remove or edit Content at any time, with or without notice.
• Accounts may be suspended or terminated at any time, with or without cause.
• Moderator decisions are final; public challenges may result in removal.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service and all Content are provided “as is” and “as available.” Airgun Nation does not guarantee:

• Accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of Content
• Security, reliability, or availability of the Service
• Suitability of the Service for any purpose

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Airgun Nation and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, suppliers, and agents (“AGN Entities”) shall not be liable for:

• Direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages
• Lost profits, revenue, goodwill, data, or intangible losses
• Claims arising from your use of, or reliance on, the Service or Content

Any reliance on Content posted is at your own risk.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AGN Entities from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from or related to:

• Your use or misuse of the Service
• Any Content you submit or actions you take
• Any violation of this Agreement

10. Changes to Agreement

Airgun Nation may update this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

11. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
