From the few YT videos I've watched, it looks like the Max 1 uses a fill probe similar to the Bullshark/P35, but unlike the Zelos. But just guessing at this point.

I used to have PP700SA pistol that bought from Wes at AirgunArcheryFun a few years ago. Snowpeak/Artemis makes value priced products.

EOM April would be great for our Max 1, but I don't hold my breath.... lol. I'm in the Snowpeak family now.... with Max 1 .22... Zelos .25... and Bullshark .22!!

Correct.... I got the second to last one in .22 yesterday :). I don't even hunt, just plink and target shoot in my backyard. But, this gun seems so cool! I sure hopes it's accurate too like my Zelos .25.

Good feedback.... So, it sounds like for many of us, the factory hammer spring really isn't that effective. No matter what the the reg pressure, it will be over-sprung.

My Zelos .25 from PA is also over-sprung with factory settings. The hammer spring is backed out all the way, and increasing hammer only lowers fps. My regulator is set around 2100-2200 psi when I eyeball it. But, that's not necessarily a bad thing unless one wants more (or less) power, correct...

Yeah. I thought so... :). PA shows it as 6 lbs, so that is why I asked.

I just received my Zelos .25 from PA and it weights 7.29 lbs filled with air. No mod or scope or anything else has been added. For a 6 lbs gun, could adding air add that much weight? Other than the weight, the Zelos is shooting fine.

Natchez has them right now for 435.25 (use the 5% discount code LW1WEEK5 (449.99-14.74=435.25). That's not as good as the $25 discount a few days ago, but still not too bad.

I'm very interested in this conversion kit too, but have a few questions that I guess will have to wait until they are actually produced. I posted the below in the YouTube video, but have not received any reply yet. "I can't tell from the video, but is it easy and quick to take stock off and on...

Your's looks great! This one and the BuckRail are the two I am interested in. Is it easy to take off the grip without tools? I think I would miss the that beautiful wood grip if always covered.

The Stoeger XM1 Bullshark .22 is an excellent gun. The price per performance is outstanding. I've had all the more expensive guns (Taipan, FX, Daystate. Huben, Edgun, etc), and for the money, the XM1 Bullshark cannot be beat IMHO. It's not in the same category as the above expensive guns, but...
