The FX website gives ranges of shot counts. Just wondering what people have actually experienced in terms of approximate shot counts for 0.25 cal - compact and sniper versions. Even guesstimates would be helpful !

I suggest reaching out to your retailer as well. Apparently they've been sent the needed parts, but I don't know for sure myself.

Have narrowed it down to 0.25 caliber, mainly to lower cost of ammo. If I ever decide to compete, may switch to 30 cal. Now just debating 600mm vs 700mm - I do love a shorter gun, but also want to maximize possible accuracy!

This is a fascinating discussion. Begs the question, why are lead free pellets less accurate? If it's just a game of BC and ammo weight, can't you compensate by going up in Caliber?

I always found it relaxing as a kid, to shoot targets with a BB gun. 30 years later - am looking to jump back in. I expect it's going to be a great stress reliever. Wondering what enjoyment other people get out of this hobby? Why do you do it, and what keeps you coming back to it?
