It pours on the skirt of the slugs, since the tollerance is tight you can remove the excess with your nail, sorry for the poor quality, print from videos

Yup no problem, please have in mind that this is ONLY a prototype, the final press have a few ajusts but Will be the same, this was made on C30 steel, plus 500 slugs and still the exact outcome without any tempering or hardning

No problem, i use a match grade Wire specially made for slugs sold by huben airguns, you can use a normal vise like i do or any handpress, it does One at a time and it takes you arround 30 sec. to make One só arround 60 on 30 min. You can hit it with a hammer, but i dont recomend you do that...
