    FX pocket chrono problems

Technically possible, but not for the average user and not without modifications, so FX has not released any firmware for it.

It was available for shipment when I posted this thread the first time. Looks like it’s sold out.

    Moderator with built in Chrono

I think he is doing it as a hobby first, and as a challenge. Nothing is wrong with that. He can make the electronics for under $10-15 and that's with bluetooth. I can't speak to the moderator part, but if he makes it modular and smaller diameter that can be stuck inside the shroud, etc...

The ESP32-s3 is an energy hog at 23mA. You should use an NRF52 at 2-3mA, if you want bluetooth. For the LED sensors should use infrared (3-5mA) and also protect the lens from lead dust accumulation. Daystate's older barrel mounted chronos had that problem. Running the LEDs at a duty-cycle...

Suggestion for reasonably priced carbon fiber or other lightweight bipods w/picatinny rail?

I like the 8.8oz one. Great to carry around on the rifle. Thank you all!

Are 5 shot groups worthless statistically?

All I know is that I had many nice 5 shot groups at 100 yards, but when I went to 10 shot groups during the same session, the overall groups near doubled in size.
