    Other Rare production airguns?

My LG1 is a .177 smoothbore also. The most interesting thing is that the trigger is different than the dialog in the Smith book. I need to make a piston sleeve because the cocking arm drags across the spring when you close the barrel. Absolutely hate that sound.

    Other Rare production airguns?

Mike, I have had several of these at recent Hickory AG shows. Unfortunately a couple are needing some work to be in shooting condition. Due to circumstances at the house right now a couple are "difficult" to get to. I can definitely bring the Diana 58 and Haenel V to the next Hickory show...

New Design H&N Field Target .22 Pellets ?

As Josh3rd said, they are not new. The name is confusing given the existence of the FTT/FTS twins. The Field Target was discontinued in .22 cal several years ago while the .177 continued production. Beeman also sold the .22 Field Target as their own .22 Ram Jet pellet. The .177 Ram Jet was a...

    Eastern European Pellets....I Think!

Those pellets are made by Kvintor in Russia. You can find them on ebay from time to time.

    Transfer port size ?

Mike, I think that type of seal is referred to as a "convoluted" seal, or some other similar term. A few multi-cylinder two stroke engines use the same type of seal between adjacent cylinders. They are not perfectly air-tight, but for the short duration of the firing cycle, the leakage is...

Discovery on bulk fill co2 question

A few years ago I did some shooting with my Benjamin Katana on CO2; the valving is identical to the Discovery's. The temp was around 90 degrees; depending on the pellet I got 12 and 16 ft lbs on CO2 as compared to 22-25 on air. I was able to get around 60 shots per fill without doing anything...

    HW 80 Review

Another great video, Joe. I have to agree with your assessment of the HW80/R1. I bought one in .177 back in 1984 and it still is my favorite pellet gun. Funny thing - I get the best groups with the Baracuda/Kodiak pellet and my rifle scatters the Crosmans just like yours. Nice to know they...
