Bore size slug is .250 (h&n 46 grain)...barrel is brand new...

What bore size slug are you using. What pressure. Are these official fx, 70-90d and correct size ? Is it FX or aftermarket tp/inlet?

Be careful of Amazon o-rings. Buy from somewhere reputable like oringsandmore. You could also try stepping up to a 90d. I had the same...
