These adapters are the best on the market for the GK1. Designed and made to last a lifetime. Unlike any kind of 3D printed crap.

At that power the regulator would work well for you. Although the unregulated versions power is quire consistent, the regulated versions power deviation is almost non existent.

I would say if you are shooting over 30fpe keep it unregulated. But if under 30fpe the regulator is a must have.

Meaning the V1, V2 and V3 were all made at the same time. It's not like each different version was an upgrade to a previous numbered model. Saying that, the V3 has now got a couple of extra modifications in it from the first V3 that came out.

To be fair if you want the GK1 for max power then a regulator isn't the way forward. But if you don't mind some non crazy yet still decent powers and each shots power to be pretty much identical, then the Huma kit is worth every penny. Yes possibly you lose a tiny bit of air but the power...

Some of the internal parts are also made from different materials. On the V1 some parts are made of Brass but in the V3 they are Aluminium.
