You are absolutely right. We have refunded and replaced many orders. Unfortunately when an order of this value which shows it was signed for by the receiver we ask a very easy task to send a copy of a police report. When that is the only thing in the way to move foward would you refuse to get it?

They would pay at least $500 if the claim was approved. The claim was denied for any value.
