The point is that I can't get the barrel out. It is stuck from the distorted pellet in the port. I fear damaging something pulling the barrel with all the pressure it would take to pull it.

The jamed pellet in the port is not coming out so far. I am wondering if I could shoot it out. If I turned my gun way up and dry fired it would that mean the air is coming in from under the pellet and maybe shove it upwards out of the port? If not I guess I am just going to have to pull on...

YEP, Scotty1 appears to be correct in that there is a pellet in the port. It seems to be the fact as now the barrel will not come out. Before I do it I have to ask.... is there any choice I have other than just pull it hard enough that it breaks something loose. AND, if so am i possibly going...

I am curious if any of you can tell me the effect of rotating my Crown MKll 500mm barrel 180 degrees off the small port to the larger port. I am wondering what the change would be in FPS and or accuracy. I assume someone has tried it?

yes it is a MKll with the light barrel. No harm in trying with the barrel removed . I quit and now am back. I did remove the barrel and was able to get the mag out as well as clear the barrel so all is well again. Thanks.

I have a Pro which has good build quality, shoots good, worlds of power, good trigger, etc. BUT.... it is purely a bench gun as it is just too heavy and poorly balanced to lug around hunting. Sadly I had never seen one in person so had no reference on balance and general use. My summary is...
