    N/A EVOL vs Epic two

@Gear_Junkie - Epic has a 420mm barrel that is right in between your range. And you can swap it out with the other barrels. I have 550mm abd 700mm barrels but not the 420 as I have a lot of what I call "compact" guns, so I kept this one to the longer barrels.

FX The FX DRS, what do you guys think?

And one more thing... The super plenum on the DRS "Classic" will not take a pressure guage without the side mount! That's another $27 to order. If you get the tactical, you can mount a guage on the front of its plenum.

FX The FX DRS, what do you guys think?

I got the tall. I had short and medium height rings already and didn’t want to chance having to buy high rings.

FX The FX DRS, what do you guys think?

I have a DRS in .22 with the 700mm barrrel. It has the super plenum on it and the STX Superior Heavy liner - which is their slug barrel. For the price, it has been an exceptional gun. It's really long with that barrel and with a moderator it is the longest gun I have! It is light and so far...

    N/A EVOL vs Epic two

@jwrabbit123 - I agree with you 100%. Epic has been exceptional on support and anserwing questions. I had one of the first Epic Ones and David the CEO gave me timelines on when he would have videos ready to help with tuning and caliber changing. I could not ask for more. Just the opposite...

    N/A EVOL vs Epic two

I agree with @jwrabbit123 on the weight and the cocking on the older EVOLS. I have one of the new ones that has the new cocking mechanism and it is easier to cock than my other AAAs, but still not as easy as the Epic. That gun also has the external reg adjuster whcih makes it as easy to adjust...

    N/A EVOL vs Epic two

I have a couple of EVOLs and an EPIC One. Yes, it's different than the 2 but there are a lot of similarities. The biggest I've found is clearly weight! The EVOL is a lot lighter then my One (currently 700mm barrel in .25, but I have others that I can switch out that will lighten it up a bit.)...

N/A epic 2 light or Taipan vet 2 tactical

I don’t think you could go wrong with either one. I’d be willing to bet they are made in the same shop! I have Vet 2 tacticals and an Epic One and they are all great guns. The Epic light is interesting for the weight reduction. None of the others are “light weight “

    Other Which 30 cal

Here's an option not in your list. Epic One .30 - 700mm LW unchoked barrel. Easy to adjust the regulater and hammer spring - due to a great balanced valve system. Bullpup so not as stretched out as a normal rifle but "managable" out hunting but not thick brush (at least for me). Here's a pic...

    Balistas?

Like most shipping I think it’s mostly by weight. You can add pellets and see the change. I haven’t figured out the limits as I normally order up to the first shipping price change, which comes to about $140 worth of pellets and slugs plus shipping which has been $54 to me.

    Balistas?

I buy from both and have had minor problems with each but overall I continue to buy from them. I have gotten guns from both and mostly buy pellets. The secret is to increase your tin count until you reach the next level in shipping cost to determine the lowest "per tin" shipping rate! You can...

    Huben GK1 in .22 or .25?

Great choice on red dot. I have the HAWKE on my GK1 .22 and it is spot on. I got one for my buddies .25 and he really likes it. He's shooting JTS 25.39g pellets very consistantly with his.

    Tree Rat Action

@ollblack If the firmware is similar to the hikMICRO - which I believe it is probably 98% with just some minor differences - than you can select one of 2 types of LRF reticle positions 1) The reticle centers to the LRF amipoint or 2) A holdover reticle is placed at the LRF position leaving the...

    Burris Eliminator 6 scope

@Blue Dog - I have the Burris Verasity PH 6-24 on my RTI P3 .25 600mm barrels shooting 30g AEA slugs. The Verasity PH has the same HUD but no internal LRF as the Eliminator so I have to range it myself. The scope HUD starts at 30 yards, so it is not for short-range use at all (The Eliminator...

Taipan New Taipan Vet 2, .22, long

Nice pickup and groups for the first time out! Mine really likes the Exact Monster Redesigns the best although shallows are very close. You’re right about the cocking… very light and smooth. Be careful as I accidentally cocked mine and didn’t realize it due to the ease of cocking when I went...
