My other thought though is the increased fps with the bush pig means on a 60 yard shot the arrow would take .25seconds to get to the target vs .45 seconds with the airsaber. This is assuming the pig gets to around 700fps and the saber is around 400… that’s significantly less time for the animal...

Yeah that why I was just thinking of going the easy route with the western pig. Is there anything bad about that gun in particular or the manufacturer? AoA has a decent sale right now on them so for an extra $600 over the arrow only guns it seems like a decent deal and would fit the bill nicely

I love my bows but I injured my shoulder bad about a year and a half ago so I can’t even shoot them at the moment. I just enjoy target shooting with archery. I enjoy that far more than any of my Guns but it’s looking like that’s not in my future at the moment.

That’s the one where they got me thinking dual purpose! I just figured if the barrel was the proper length and the caliber was appropriate you could shoot those air Venturi bolts out of any of them?! Is this not the case?
