Problem solved all, took it back and they put a new regulator and tube on it, all good now no issues easy to adjust and they even tuned it whilst I waited, I guess you can't beat that, so happy even though it took all my day up👏 Thanks all for the great comments and suggestions.

I woke up this morning and the reg pressure is sitting on 220 the adjustment Allen key is just moving say 1 turn either way but has no effect on the reg pressure to drop it and is really loose but becomes very or extremely tight trying to screw in to drop pressure, sure looks like something...

B I tried emptying the bottle and refilled it and shot it but it creeps up to 200 and I don't want to shoot it at such a high pressure, and now the reg adjustment screw is loose and does nothing cannot seem to turn it up or down, I think it may be a rare faulty unit which is almost unheard of...
