Burst disks do not normally use plastic seals. Why would you replace a 6k burst disk with 7.5k ? Are you filling iver 5k?

Oring on white plastic rocket or brass cage. Or dirt on ceramic ball that seals the back of the plastic rocket.

Honestly, I would just draw it in cad from the numbers you listed and then "measure" the result. Look at the free version of Fusion 360. You could draw it in a sketch and get all your numbers.

Leshiy 2 is easy to customize. Should be just barrel, shroud, maybe suppressor. Easy switch. Post link for before and after. Then everyone can see what you are dealing with. Someone can identify the parts needed.

When you try to fill does the air leak down the barrel or fail to enter the gun? More clarity about the issue please.

You deduct the cost of what you sold. Bought new sold used. Always a loss so no taxes. Unless you are buying at flea markets and making a profit.

.22 ground squirrel and rabbit (lost count, out 100 yards) .25 for turkey (no success yet they've been outsmarting me).

I have both the .22 and .25 in 350 length. 350/360cc bottle is enough (80-120 shot depending on gun and tune). No problem getting to 900 fps either gun with pellets up 34 grain (as high as I tested). My suggestion is tell Brian the weight of projectile and he'll set it up.
