Hello Xiong, I would set your first reg. @ 150 Bar, usually a good starting point as it gives you plenty of head for heavier ammo. Best velocity IMO is where your rifle shoots most accurately. Use this link, go to the .25 dope tables to determine pressure for second reg and HS setting...

Ashish, Do you have a digital gauge on the 2nd reg? Your issue sounds like reg creep and it's nearly impossible to tell if you have the analog gauge. My guess is that hammer spring is very consistent and it's the plenum pressure is the real variable. Let me know if you have the digital gauge. rpw

In terms of construction, the block is solid aluminum and the micrometer is all steel. You will never know if it works for you until you take it hunting. Here is a video from one of the guys on youtube who uses it for hunting in TN. Thanks for your interest!

I think this happens with my rifle as well, but it's the first shot (cold gun) only that is lower than the rest. Pretty sure it's the valve and not hammer spring tension. The valve gets "sticky" after sitting around for a while and does not open as far, thus a lower velocity on the first shot. I...

Yes, that's what I really liked about the M3. Additionally with this system, the regulator is now tool-less as well.
