I think there is room for both close up and long range hunting. I do both. It depends on terrain and the quarry I am after. I respect both talents. One must understand stealth and movement for close range, and one must really know his dope and read wind well - and frankly be a better shooter -...

OR....for the best in current ballistics efficient designs😁..the 6.5 PRC. The pic is 3 rounds @ 100 yds. set up for 1 inch high. On the bi-pod I hunt with.

Will do - once I actually get the rifle out of the box😂....I am recovering for 2 trips to NM in 1 month. So next week I will be free to tinker and play with the gun. Looking forward to it and will post pics - promise!
