RAW Introduces the HM1000x Mini Hunter in .30 Caliber

I did agree it looks cool. Not everything is sunshine and daisies: there is good to be said sure, but that was not the focus of my comment. It’s not an employee review and I didn’t feel the need to sandwich a humorous anecdote in compliments. I think that companies asking this much money for...

RAW Introduces the HM1000x Mini Hunter in .30 Caliber

Gosh, this does look cool but I can’t help but chuckle at the marketing y’all use sometimes. “unmatched accuracy.” …said 90% of ad’s, with zero context to follow. what tools did you use and tests did you run - hopefully simulations as well since I doubt you have every airgun at your disposal -...

Got the Kratos bottle off…sort of.

Happy to help. I hope to create a new thread, with an obvious title, and consolidate some tips/directions from various sources to make this finally easier and more obvious for folks in the future. Stay on the look out if you’re interested :)

    What's in your hunting bag?

About 2 ounces of tegridy and 36 grams of coffee

Got the Kratos bottle off…sort of.

In theory, placing a piece of chopped bottle brush (for the kratos, ~62mm diameter I believe) inside of the bottle should reduce some sound of airflow inside of the bottle (the ”ping“) when it’s fired. I think this is more common on the long integrated tubes for air (like on the Marauder) but...

Got the Kratos bottle off…sort of.

Thank you and also to the other member that mentioned the strap. I actually did get a strap last night, and that’s how I was able to get the bottle off in the first place. Definitely the strap is essential. I’ll try an appropriately sized wrench on the red bit next. I kinda figured tbh, but I...

Got the Kratos bottle off…sort of.

I was able to get the bottle free from the action, but as you can see in the pic there is still this adapter connected to the bottle which will prevent me from slipping a depinger brush inside. it was already really difficult to get the bottle off, and now this little piece seems all but...

    Modifications to the Benjamin Kratos

Hi @TOBRYAN wishing you well. how did this go? Did you use a particular type of tool to get the bottle off? Was twisting the bottle all that you had to do, or did you need to loosen up or remove anything else as well?

Benjamin How do I remove the tank from the Kratos?

Thank you. Yes I did see that tbh but I just wanted to verify. I’ll try fighting it off by hand right now. If not, running to the department store for a strap wrench. Thanks for taking the time to search this up with me.

Benjamin How do I remove the tank from the Kratos?

I went ahead and degassed it. I’m debating on taking a strap wrench too it and seeing if I can get it free, but I am nervous to mess something up :)

Benjamin How do I remove the tank from the Kratos?

Hi folks, Wishing you well. I would like to remove the tank only from my Kratos, to slip a bottle brush in to it and maybe coat the outside. I’m not really sure how this is done, and don’t want to remove more than necessary. Could someone please tell me how to remove the tank properly? thanks!
