The Crosman 38C is one of the most iconic pistols with a amazing story. 

The 38T & 38C are one of the most realistic pellet pistol Replicas ever made. It has the weight, the size, the correct grips, the adjustable sights, firing action and all the features in which the pistol it replicates. The .22 was used in government and police training starting in 1962. The S&W was the most common pistol used by them in this era.

it was released to the public and produced in 1964. This one is a 1966 model produced **First variant in .22″ (1964 – 1976) There where three variants. In 1976. Crosman stopped production of the .22″ versions of both pistols.

Blew right past this, mistook for Crosman 38T video. Glad I looked closer the next time. I'm equally impressed with this gun as I was with the 38T. I'm now looking to find either one, I like the longer barrel of the 38T but, as you said, a .22 CO2 revolver is a special thing to have. The metal sights on the 38C look exactly like the ones on the real Smith and Wesson, that is such a cool touch. Thanks again for another great, informative video, I always like learning something new.

There are about two dozen of them on eBay at the moment, most Ts but a few Cs, both calibers. Prices range from $27 up to $200. 

When buying one of these, ASSUME it need resealing unless the ad specifies that it holds air--asking price on those is usually over $100, of course.

They are not very hard to work on. Just be careful with the tube sealing.dont bend it. Depending on condition. Price varies. The early .22 will always cost more.
