I don't have to sell, nor do I truly want to, but there are other things I want and owning 5 rifles is just not in the picture. So if I want something else I will need to liquidate so here I am.
This started out as a Dreamline classic .22 and I built what you see here

Reg running at 135 psi, shooting 25.4 grain @ ~910 fps lights out , black target group is 2 different 5 shot groupings @ 80 yards, white target is 105 yards with 25 mph winds.
Rifle with bipod but no scope - $2000 shipped
Rifle with Accushot 4-16x44 and hawke rings - $2150 shipped
Most of this stuff is less than 6 months old and rifle was clean and inspected after each use. If it doesn't sell it wont break my heart in the least
