Taipan out of the box consistency.

I did not tune this rifle, I did not even run a patch through the barrel. I zero'd my scope and shot this string. Time stamps tell all there.

This is a Taipan Veteran Short in .22

Loaded a mag of 18.13 .22 and had at it.

Sure is, a Taipan will forever be in my stable. Its nice being able to store them for however long , pull them out and have it do the exact same thing too.

Not surprised, great rifles. I think many dealers who offer "tuning", just tack on a charge and ship it.

I've got my .22 Shorty shooting the 15.89gr's @ 750 fps. Easily 60+ shots on a fill. And like others have already mentioned - pull it out, whenever, and it shoot spot on to where the last shot was.

I have (2) Taipan Veterans now, one short and one standard, still kicking myself for not getting one sooner. matt at R&L kept telling me their the best for the $$. That's when they were 1200.00. and change.

IMO the price is still very reasonable but I def woulda enjoyed 1200!

I could probably have tightened that up to if I had weighed my pellets lol, hmm I wonder....
