ship .25 or .30 airrifle to Delaware?

Hi there, quick question; is it legal to ship a .25 or .30 PCP airrifle to the state of Delaware?

After reading this I'm thinking it's not ok, but thought to ask here;

Thanks for your input :)

Yep, not concerned about .177, but this concerns .25 etc. ,the larger caliber stuff.

Pyramydair representative says its no problem even after showing the weblink, but on Utah airguns they specifically mention Delaware as a 'no -go'.;

IDK..

>>or air gun that is not capable of discharging or projecting a pellet or slug larger than a B.B. shot.

Seems they are trying to prohibit pellets and slugs..depends on your definition of "larger"..since a BB shot is something round/spherical..IE not a pellet.

I guess you could argue that "larger" means OD and not length/size..as any pellet (even one of .177) will be larger than a BB.
Also seems like they are restricting the "looks like the real handgun pellet guns" for safe school zones.

Who did you talk to at Pyramyd? Was it an actual employee, or was it one of the CHAT people? In case you didn't know, the CHAT people don't work for Pyramyd, they ate sitting at home talking to you and earning Bonus Bucks. I would take Utah Airguns advice. The choice is yours. Let us know what you decide to do. Good luck
