I’m not a gambler. I’ve got a pair of HW95’s A9970C22-AE26-4A82-83D3-D5D66EE23C9C.jpeg a .177 and a .22 cal. Also this 3 of a kind R9’s 6B122095-4227-48A7-A068-98E8E518D548.jpeg .177, .20 and .22 cal. For your Full House or in reality 5 of a kind. First up I grabbed the 95 .177. Aimed at a steel 6x6 plate. Miss, again shot and miss. I aim at a 15x15 plate, miss. Bought in Jan. first time shooting, had to center scope. After 5-6 shots, centered it. Stacked 5 rounds at 35 yds. out of first dozen shot from gun, No pics too muddy. R9 .177 same, stacked 5 at 30 yd. To save time all 5 rifles I stacked 5 shots at either 30 or 35 yds. Another Weihrauch wonder gun. An absolute pleasing rifle.
Mine are all current models and stock.
My first custom stock will probably fit this model.
How long has the 95 - R9 been around?
Let’s see your R9 and 95’s. Love to see some custom..Crow

My two HW95s. Both .22 caliber. They have ARH springs and Vortek piston seals. I just installed the 3-9x Bug Buster on the top one. The second rifle has a Hammers 3-9x32AO. The only "problem" I have with them is that they both shoot so damn nice it's hard to find an excuse to buy another air rifle.

You seem to have a type sir! I've only had my 95 for a few days now but I can completely understand why you would want them in every caliber. Which one is your favorite?

Tough question. I went out after 8 pm tonite still 45 min. daylight. Shot each one maybe 10 rounds first 5 play, last 5 at target on plate. All 5 did the same, one hole. The .20 I pulled one shot a smidgen. R9 30 yd. the rest 35 yds. You can’t beat a break barrel!
Here’s where you split them. All my springers are squirrel guns that’s what started me. Last week I whacked a Black nuisance with a bushy tail with the .20. He went down hard. I’m keeping my eye on the .20 very impressive. Crow

I’m sure all have seen my only custom stocked HW95 a few hundred times, but I just can’t resist. Over forty years of shooting Weihrauch’s. This is my favorite airgun and stock. I got real lucky on the wood lottery too.

My R9 was bought from fellow member jusanothajoe a few years ago when he had it posted for sale over on GTA and came the way you see it in my picture. Not a clue why they did, but there was a time a few years back when the R9 and R7 were made without open sights, so the breech blocks aren't drilled for them and they had the glued on muzzle break.
Wasn't too long after they went back to open sight versions that Weihrauch came out with their HW95L Field Pro made the same way but included a scope and rings.

I sold one of those a couple years ago in .177 and kick my self in the ass still for doing it! 😭
I do still have one of the R7s in .20 though!

Very nice, definitely a keeper.
What year were they introduced?

I wanna be like you when I grow up. That R9 is to die for. The stock is one thing. I’m a sucker for the 98 barrel.
Did you put the barrel on or is that factory?
Nice job, looks really good. Crow

Please post it a few more hundred times. Never get tired of a good looking rifle. Thanks for showing. Enjoy Crow

I take all the sights off my rifles. Don’t like the holes. Have caps to cover. Eyes like the scope better. Kept 2 or 3 rifles with iron sights.
Thanks for history on R9. Enjoy Crow
