Has anybody here used these? What speeds do they like? Are they accurate? I’m sure they are pretty hard hitting. Got out of shooting slugs and looking for a substitute for the larger critters

I managed to push them at 1000fps from a regulated condor with a awesome barrel n they didn't grop at any speed..I think 1-17.7 twist don't work with that pellet length..that airforce barrel do great up to 40g RBT..

I sighted them in with my Maverick Sniper 22 when I first got it at 50 yards just to see what they would do, and they were dead on 1/2 or better at 900fps. I turned it up to 925fps with the same results. If I can find the pics of the target, I'll post them for you.

Out of curiosity why did you quit slugs? Those pellets have to be not much cheaper and won’t match slugs at distances past 50 yards. Shooting a pellet that heavy ya might as well shoot slugs.

I don’t shoot past 75yds and most of my pesting is birds, chipmunks and red squirrels so shooting them with a 32g slug at 1050fps was kinda overkill, got rid of my impact slug shooters and bought compact rifles, pellets are all I need, I do have a long rifle coming here on Tuesday and I’m just going to dedicate it to shooting heavier pellets for the occasional woodchuck, coons or any other larger pest that crosses my path

I love these pellets. I run them thru a 24" Crosman barrel at 900fps for 60fpe and nice tight groups. The little .177 Beasts are good too, up around 1000fps. To me, these things are as good as any 177 or 22 slug I've ever tried.
