Gently used. This is a nice little scope--under 20oz. I've been using it on my Daystate Revere for the last year, but decided to go to a FFP instead. Focuses down to 10 yards. I have found small 3 small marks on it, but I had to search for them. No ring marks. Used primarily from a bench and pesting in the back yard.
