Air Tanks for Sale - Joe Brancato - Warranty Experience

Within the last 6 months, I have purchased two Great White Tanks from Joe Brancato's company. I shoot a lot, and have many guests come to the range. I simply didn't want to have a point where air wasn't available or sufficient (though I also own an Alkin W31 vertical).

The first one has performed flawlessly.

Upon receipt of the second one, purchased about two months later, I filled and set it beside the other one. When I went to use it about a month later, it was completely empty . The leak must have been very slow as their was no audible sign. I filled it and tested it, and couldn't discern where the leak was coming from, but it still leaked off about 50 bar each day.

I called Joe's company and they told me how to remove the valve assembly from the CF tank. They also sent me a paid return label for a USPS medium flat rate box. Immediately upon receipt of the label, I finished boxing and sent it back.

While it took about three weeks to get it back from the time I first notified Air Tanks for Sale, upon receipt, it works perfectly now and has held air for a week. BTW -the ALKIN 31 filled the 97 cu ft tank from dead empty to 4500 psi in 31 minutes.

There was no charge and no questions asked. There was also no explanation as to the problem but I noticed when I received the new tank back, it had thread tape around the gauge mounting threads.

At any rate, I am appreciative of Joe and his team for taking care of the issue and returning it in great shape, paying the shipping both ways.

I recommend doing business with them.

Nice to hear they took care of you without any hesitation! I also have a couple Joes tanks and my Alkin doesn't even break a sweat filing them!

Did they tell you what the issue wa
A broken clock is still right twice a day. I tell my friends to avoid Joe because you'll really overpay for no better quality or service. He's on par with Pyramyd.
I can somewhat agree, they still owe me a little on a refund and i've had to cover some returns, annoying, but I've found their pricing is good and deliver quick, inventory is good. NOW if they'd just adjust the ^%$# regulator on my Zbroia Sapsan, I forget how many months it's been, they claim they are waiting for the tool to set it. Heck If I knew how to get into the thing I'd do it my self.

Was it not back in June that you sent it back to Slo-Joe,,, Lets go
Something like that. Talked to them today, they said they got everything adjusted but....the speeds are still increasing with every shot, they asked me if I did anything to the trigger..UHHHHHH not really..Just made the hammer spring adjustable from the outside and a spring loaded nylon screw to hold it in place, THAT shouldn't have a darn thing to do with anything. That said, I told them ok enough is enough, how about just replacing it, he's going to talk with joe, they can keep the new stock and send me my old one and the HSA.

I don't agree with this statement because Joe's crew have always been cordial and helpful whenever I call or email. Their service is great in my book. I steer my friends to do business with Joe and company.
I do agree that the pricing at times is a little on the high-side but you get what you pay for in service. Although I have not purchased anything other than tanks and HPA parts, hat has been my experience.

Joe does not know how to make lemonade,,,, refuses to take a loss when confronted by a sourer customer, he got me, on a gun purchase
like a cook once told me,,, serve a bad meal and that person will tell everyone in town what a bad cook you are.
Sometimes, you need to learn how to turn the sour buyer into your best advertiser.
When I was on the phone with Joe, he got angry, said he does not make decisions when angry, said he would call me back in a week,,, well he forgot me,
So I say forget him, my money goes elsewhere, but you all buy and support whom ever you want, but for me, no mo joe.
But ,,, hey,, people change and grow, I hope he gets better, life is one big learning curve. He has to have a customer base, or he would have been out of business long ago..... Tanks and fittings are relatively trouble free when compared to compressors or pcp airguns, that is where Joe lost hie shine
Mean while Hogkiller still awaits his gun back from slow-joe
