A "Sticky" thread is pinned to the top of the forums. This way, the post is always at the top of the forum regardless of age.

Hey Hey I just noticed how to open/close stickys there is an up^ or a down v, over to the right side,, yup I am a little slow

stickys are normally geared for the new comers. Educational It is a good tool for the website,
