30 year 4500 psi CF tank?

Maybe I have been asleep at the trigger for a while, however, I have recently seen" Worthington SCI SCBA 4500psi 45 min 30 Year Life Cycle Cylinder". Is this legit for PCP purposes and are they any different than the standard 15 year CF tanks so commonly used.... except for product life?

The 15 year limit was from when tanks were wrapped in glass fiber and it just carried over to CF.
All the fault of DOT.

They are thicker and heavier than the 15yr tanks

The US is the only country that has this silly antiquated law. All my tanks are expired firemen tanks.

Cliff notes:
DOT approved
5 years hydro required
Heavier due to additional wrap and material used
30 min = 5% heavier up to 60 min 10% heavier
Product line will be random sample tested between 10-15 years. If failure rate is out of acceptable range tanks will revert to 15 year life. If passes, 30 year will remain standard.
