I really want a benchrest style adaption. A level rider for the forearm and parallel rider on the rear stock. I am thinking it is pretty easy to do with the stock wood configuration in the shop. Perhaps a simple replacement stock, or used stock, and my wood shop might do.

Looking at LP for my HW97K... couple of things I don't like, the ornate checkering and the "LP Gunstocks" logo on the butt. Any idea if either or both of these can be altered?Lukasz from LP gunstocks, amazing quality.

Looks like they made some changes in naming. I own two LP TAC2 stocks, one for AA S400 and one for hw97k. They seem to be the Competition model.

A few of us just broke up between us a 6 stock order of LP's ( TX's, 97's, 95's )
We went cheap in that all were in the Raw in Birch laminate.
Here is my "TX" version after some prep & paint.
It is an AMBI thumbhole with vertical thumb shelf's both sides, Fixed comb.

While this threads a year old now, While it appears a non issue to get them into the USA, we waited IIRC @ 9 months to get the 6 stocks sent all at the same time. And also likely because we wanted Bare / Raw there was less profit than fully finished .. so likely we were getting bumped & bumped & bumped in line ?
