If I have a gen 1 maurader and a stock from a gen 2, will it fit? If not, what would be required to make them fit?

No the trigger placement is different - if it is composite you might could fill it in and re-cut it if you have the tools to do that.

If you are looking for a new (better?) stock for a Gen I Marauder you can look at a Boyd’s stock. https://www.boydsgunstocks.com/product-configurator
If your REALLY like your Gen I Marauder, Steve Corcoran is another option for a Gen I Marauder stock. https://www.scstocksandgrips.com/pcp-stocks
It’ll probably cost more than 3 times what the gun is worth but it’ll be one of the few and best looking Gen I Marauders around.

There is a nice bullpup stock over on American Airgunner that caught my eye. That's why I asked, I had heard that some parts don't go from gen 1 to gen 2. Glad I asked, thanks guys. Tell me, is the change in trigger placement so bad that a person could not re-inlet a wood stock to fit one or the other? Or would I have to butcher things?
