It's labeled under Cabelas name, but pretty sure it is a Nikon elite series 15x - 40x - 60mm lens. Made in Japan , scratch free glass that is multi coated. 12.5" long and still lightweight for a backpack. White specks on glass is dust/lint particles. Perfect for airgun use in the field of off the bench to spot pellets, ... These same spotters sell on Ebay and other hunting forums for $225-250. Priced at $145 plus shipping ..
