How much is a impact mk2 worth nowadays?

This isn't a classified post. Not selling anything. Was just wondering what the price going for the impact mk2 nowadays. I've seen folks listing them as low as $1400-1500. Thats just the list price but are ppl still l buying them for that amount? Or would someone have to list as low as 1000 to get a buyer? Just wanna know so I can decide if its worth selling the mk2 and paying extra money to get the m3. Or just stick with the mk2.

I seen a couple that were $1200 - $1250. most are in that $1400-$1500.
$1200? Wow that is way too low considering these guns are 2k. The m3 is $2100, so thats giving up a good 2k gun and spending another $900 just to get the m3. I can see $1500 as a good price point for a used impact. But idk thats why I asked. But thanks guys.

You need to see if the upgrades from M2 to M3 is worth it

I sold 2 of them maybe 3 months ago. They were both bronze and in almost mint condition. Both had Huma bottle regs but I stripped everything else off them. Sold the one that had a ton of shots through it to a friend for $1,100 and the other one on here for $1,400. This might seem unusual but if I sold either of my M3’s right now they would be $1,500. I’m a firm believer if you opened the box and touched it, its used and should be priced as such. I considered trying to find an old MKl for just a pellet shooter play gun but in my opinion, resale wise they are almost worthless. The MKll power plenum guns still produce as much power as most guys will ever need but I’m thinking $1,100-$1,200 and you’ll be able to sleep at night and not be worried about pending rape charges.

I can't justify selling it for at least a 500.00 loss when u can upgrade it to basically be a M3 with out the micro wheel huma makes a first reg if want daul regs 720 pp fits on the mk2 as well as new power block the M3 barrel and shroud fits mk2 you can upgrade the power wheel to the M3 power wheel pretty much the sky is the limit still on the mk2 almost everything that M3 has fits mk2 which is cool

I put a power block and 720 on a mk2 recently. But I use a carbon fiber shroud instead of factory and didn't have the room to use the new knob. In typical fx fashion it all comes apart and I put the new guts under the mk2 valve knob cap. Love how backwards compatible these guns are.

Yeah I went to the 720 but didn't like how the M3 valve adjuster was metal to metal then dampens or bounces back so I used the new spring but stuck with mk2 valve adjuster which has smaller knob than the M3 the spring for the M3 is stronger so the adjuments changed some but that is ok with me
You got the spring to stay put in the mk2 adjuster body? I considered that also and like the "old rubber ball" setup better too honestly. Did you use the whole spring or cut it? The factory one seems excessive.

Look at it this way. You want a M3. Why? Because your MKll is outdated and you know it. That’s why you want one. Anyone who pays $1,500 for a MKll is dumb. If someone can’t afford to add $800 to upgrade to a new up to date gun and at the same time make a not so up to date gun appealing to someone, they might be operating above their pay grade. All these guns are stupid money so we have to put duct tape on the mouth of the little voice that keeps whispering you’re wasting money. FX keeps shooting the used market in the foot by constantly upgrading the gun. A Leshiy classic is a Leshiy classic. Your new one is no different than my old one. Used prices hold steady.

I slid the whole spring in and it cupped it enough to get it started the cap on I got it turned down to about the second line inorder to slow down my shots from 920 to about a 905 average over 6 shots once it's in place it can't really go anywhere I noticed the spring is stronger but so far it's working fine shot about 50 60 rounds out to 80 yards shooting a pop can I got the power wheel on one my power wheel was a upgraded part from Mrshosted I think with 19 settings on it so on max I set it up with both M3 springs so it would just cock then backed off the hammer screw another 1/4 turn on one at 110 bar I couldn't get the 34 gr jsb under 920 without restricting the valve opening down to the second line on valve adjuster

This is the reason why I hate or dislike fx guns. They keep coming up with new upgrades costing us hundreds of dollars extras on a already expensive gun. Sure we don't need the bigger PP, quick tune, dual reg, slug power kit, etc. But Im just the guy who want the latest upgrades in my gun. So this voice in the back of my head keeps telling me, gotta have it. Like wtf. Guess I will stick to my mk2 as it wouldn't sell for more than $1200. But the quick tune and dual reg sure is itching my skin for some reason. I will try not to scratch that itching. Can't wait for the m4. Lmao. Gonna have more itching the scratch.

Try to trade it in at utah or aoa. They sell at 1200 all the time. Just not advertised that way.

A certain pellet or a certain slug will have the ideal speed to be the most accurate. You gotta ask yourself, once you’ve achieved that with these items you’re wanting to scratch that itch with, how much did you actually gain by spending the added $$, cause once it’s all set to that perfection, you’re not gonna mess with those adjustments anymore.

Was it like an additional 5 shots that you gained?
Was it an extra 10 FPS?

To me, five additional shots or even an extra 1/2 a mag isn’t worth it, and neither is going from 940-950(example only)

But that’s me.
