Hello all,
Been in this hobby for many years now, tons of enjoyable purchases but no purchase more rewarding than my Gamo Urban. I have owned many rifles including Commander, Concept Lite, Pulsar, Renegade, etc but time and time again the price to performance of the Gamo Urban outshines them all. Today I got done stacking pellets, pellet after pellet, on top of each other at 65 yards with nothing more than run of the mill CPHPs for $6.89/500 at WalMart. Not only did I remove the pellets from the tin and did nothing more but I did not have to wash the pellets, bless them, caress them, and read them a bedtime story nightly for their performance to be acceptable.
I've requested that the wonderful furry and feathered creatures of the forest please stop breaking in line and use the number system; they just keep lining up to see how the pellets stack up against them.
If you have not considered the Gamo Urban I recommend you all do so -- install a nice inexpensive scope, pick up an Atlas Bipod clone, and a Yong Heng and call it a day. Nothing is more fun than a good day plinking and even better to do so without breaking the bank at sub-$800.
Hope this helped!
