So, Mr. / Miss. unnamed moderator, please advise me how I may proceed with the free exercise of my thoughts and experience? I understand you wish to enforce said rules, but please specify where I went wrong so that I may modify my post accordingly and still maintain the jist of what needs to be stated in detailing my personal experience? Ones common sense may differ from yours or another's. Being considerate toward fellow users likely has a different path than what you or another may believe. Maybe some members in this diverse forum would appreciate more colorful comments than toned downed, bland and fake politeness. Ones opinion on what is considered civil discourse likely differs than yours or another's. I'm not seeking to challenge a point of view, but to express a irrefutable experience and a likely violation of contract law under an offer and acceptance. Ones views of what may be deemed respectful and thoughtfully likely differs as well. Forcing the removal of any color comments, opinions and intentional pejoratives steals from the vehement spirit of ones message. To sugar coat and act all polite when faked is disingenuous. Informing forum members, in detail of ones personal experience is not a personal attack, nor slanderous, even if pejoratives are used. Of course one could covertly convey written thoughts that well exceed ones ability to comprehend what was stated. As such would such a covert color comment only aware to a few be more acceptable? "Everything" I stated was in plain and simple language and can be proven. Everything is in writing and my diatribe was a simple summation combined with my colorful and even satirical at times, a raw emphasis's of my thoughts as the events transpired in my interaction with said individual. I would more than glad to post screen shots of all the exact texts to substantiate all that I conveyed against said individual, for others to judge for themselves. Stating the facts of ones violation of contract law is not a personal attack. Forum members have every right to be appropriately informed of an individuals propensities to to renege on an agreement. Just because an individual does not provide all pertinent details during a negotiation (to no fault of the buyer, me) member's should be allowed to know that the potentiality of how said individual handles such matters indeed exists. Again, allowing members to judge for themselves based on my personal, detailed and documented experiences. So in conclusion, please point out what parts of my post you would like removed or reworded, and will gladly repost accordingly, to the best of my ability and limitations of complying to arbitrary rules.
