Shooting colorbond fence/shed

Hi,
I used to have .22 FX revolution and .25 fx bobcat. But sold those when I moved and now left with with the .22LR.

The farm where I live has lots of blackbirds, starlings, sparrows and Indian minors hanging around the colorbond shed and fence.

I’m looking at getting another PCP but need it to not leave holes in the fence and shed, any recommendations?

Not sure if a .22 would be to powerful. I did like the power adjust on the fx bobcat but maybe the price being a bit of an overkill.
Thanks.

if they are on the fence and you know your ranges,
there shouldnt be any holes in the fence.

i shoot alot of pest birds every year,
and many are shot sitting on roofs that cannot be damaged,
if you can shoot, have an accurate gun,
and a rangefinder,
then there shouldnt be any fences hit lol
Unfortunately some of the veggie patches sit in front of the shed and a bird is not stopping the 40gr .22LR slug at 710fps. CCI quiets
I’ve tried 18gr super colibri ammo but that’s so in accurate you might as well be shooting blindfolded.
Reason why I’m going back to an air rifle

What is the distance? Inside 50m a "12fpe" or less /177 should be fine. I've had excellent results with low power and wadcutters upon occasion.
Something like an R7 might be fine.

Yep about 15m to 25m with the shed being 30m.
The more I think about it, getting a better quality air rifle makes sense in the long run as pellets are a hell of a lot cheaper to go through then powder, I would have more time shooting (targets mostly) but also the occasional pest getting into my crop. Now’s not to bad but in the next month coming, a lot of fruit will be ripening.
Probably would look at something that I could turn the power down/ up on like a FX maverick.
