Does FX prefer contact from the consumer 1st or from the dealer. Got a leak on my 3 month old impact.
I go straight to FX if I have a problem. They can trouble shoot and tell you immediately if it is a warranty issue. They will do their best to resolve the issue over the phone and that will depend on your mechanical aptitude and familiarity of working on your gun.
The dealer can do the same in most instances but if it is warranty going ro FX first eliminates the middle man
