Yet another negative experience with Pyramyd Air's shipping department. I ordered pellets on Monday and paid extra for it to arrive by today. The Fedex shipping status has been "label printed" but never picked up. I called customer service this morning and they couldn't care less. So they left me no other choice than to dispute the charge with my credit card company. Pretty sad. They used to be pretty awesome and my "go to" for ordering pellets.
UPDATE: After filing a dispute with PayPal I got a reply that PA offered to ship the pellets, to which I replied no thanks, I want a refund. To their credit, they immediately issued a refund. I didn't expect anything further to come of this, but on Wednesday I got an apology email from the head of customer service, to which I replied, "apology accepted" and that as far as I was concerned, the issue was over and no further action needed to be taken. But then yesterday I got another email that my order was being shipped at no charge! I didn't ask for free merchandise and, to be honest, I understand that mistakes happen and an apology was really better than most other companies will do. But to send my order to me at no charge (granted it was just pellets and not a new rifle) was really a very nice and totally unexpected measure. I was very favorably impressed.
