Would you replace parts for a airgun in long term storage

@AirgunAmatuer I haven’t shot a CO2 powered airgun since I was a boy so take this with a grain of salt. I would think, considering what you’ve stated about the storage conditions, that the rubber and plastic internal parts should be examined and replaced. Also find a way to clean up the rust. Hopefully a more knowledgeable member can provide some detailed input and an expert opinion.

I like how you posted a series of photos with labels of the parts. That’s very well organized. How did you do that?

I would say you are the lead man on this one. Your concern and question on what is appropriate is valid for sure.
I would suggest , since you have a benchmark of "14 years", please proceed with that tune and share what the outcome is. Changing out the O-rings is probably the major thing to consider. IMOO.
