What springer did you shoot today?

Another good day to shoot. Above 40F. and staying lite till after 7pm. Grabbed 2 favorites. First one was a HW77 .25. This gun is so accurate and slap with a .25 cal.

Also I had the pleasure to shoot the R9 .20. Distruction to the cans.

That’s three cans stacked inside the two big ones. Over 100 rounds to sever. Crow

Well tonight was the HW95 field pro 177 here in the sad state of IL wind was 16 mph gust to 23 couldn’t get past 40 yards an 40 was hard. SO. Skippy the squirrel at25 got the. snot shot out of him 🤣🤣🤣🤣. And I have a 22 cal barrel coming for this HW95 with cocking arm cheaper than a new rifle 😃
Been on dozzens of trips. Chicago is my favorite city. Had some unbelievable weekends there. Great lodging, food to die for, Blues music awesome sports team especially the Chicago Black Hawks. Been my favorite since the 60’s.
‘The wind last week took out a few of my steel tree rats. Can’t get at them. Make them pay. Crow

How do you feel about the accuracy of the .20 HW95? How would it compare to the HW97K in .20?

Some much needed R&R. HW 35E .177. Just sitting at 20 yd shooting offhand at Cooper the squirrel, spinners, and chalk targets. Couple Coke bottles with Umarex blast caps on them but that gets our dogs going. Couple chalk targets standing at 30 yards to make sure this gun and I understand each other. We do. Smoothest shot cycle of any springer I own. Sensitive, more so to front hand pressure than placement. Took a bit of learning but boy it shoots well once you get it.

I have the R9 ( same thing only different ) I would have to say that they are both capable of anything you are capable of.
They are my last 2 rifles I purchased. I have springers in 5 different cal., I like .20 best. Crow

Took out 2 rifles. High twenties and windy as can be. If not for my blind that I tie down to the floor, I wouldn’t be able to shoot. This afternoon I shot a HW77 .22

I went at the cans again but with wind was a challenge to hit at 30 yds. This gun was accurate on the plates and spinners. I finally was able to hit my mark with a HW85 .177. another laser.

Both the guns have the long barrel, so the shoulder is happy. Makes a huge difference. Only lasted 1 1/2 hours. Crow

Smacked a 2” spinner at 45 meters this afternoon with my .177 HW97 with new glass. Even though it was windy she only missed once
I love the accessories you guys get in the US. Illegal here. Looks good. Crow
Today HW 97-.20 and HW 77K- .177, shotgun shells at 35yds and 50yds.

Two very nice rifles. Again the muzzle ends look modified. I’m envious.
You 97 lam looks awesome. Crow

The 34 premium has my attention. This thing is stupid accurate. An absolute pressure to shoot.

I almost had to tear the 34 out of my hands. I had a TX200 .22 up next and for some reason it was all over the place. Unusual, this rifle has been tight, not today.

I had to work overtime on this one. Might not like the JSB 15.89. Crow

Gary, hope you are well soon. Keep in touch. All the best. Crow

That’s a pretty pair of sisters there . I bet that 25 is a thumper . An what I had read about the 20 it’s a laser I bet there are a LOT. Of HW90 owners out there Or past owners that could jump in a talk about HW90 s I truly enjoy my HW90. 22cal
My hw90 in .20 is fantastic. 13.73 JSB about 875fps and very accurate. Wish I had the pump and gauge to play with the pressure.

The difference with the 90 changing the bars is nite and day. This gun is so addicting. Crow
Had a chance to sight in the 98 with a new scope. Tuned the rifle with Krytox and an ARH UK kit. Indoors at 14 yard with Norma FT heavies.

The 98 is another example of Weihrauch’s expertise. Crow

I took the 90 .20 cal. out again. Had no choic, some kind of magnetism happened. This is my 3rd .20 cal. rifle and it fits the bill.

This gun seems invincible. Definitely made the favourites list.
I also assaulted the cans with my HW 98.

Now I would probably crawl over glass on my hands and knees for a 98 in .20 cal. Such a sweet gun. I have to put a piston seal in this gun to finish the spring change.
Last was a 97 .22, the first of my 97’s

This one rarely misses. It finished off this can at 30 yds. With the wind damn hard to hit.
