AGN does not condone or allow discussion of Airguns use for Self/Home defense.
This is an upcoming show from an attorney I follow. All he does is use of force law. This show is about using BB guns ( title) but prob air rifles in general for use of force defense. Think it will be interesting.

That should be interesting. (I have two GSDs for self defense and anus deterrence.)

I recall when 'some dude' tried to rob a gal at a local ATM. That was back in the early eighties. The kid (living in a house on the same block) heard her screams and came running with his trusty Daisy 880. He shot 'the dude' in the throat with it and 'the dude' ran off screaming.

The kid said - "I was running and pumping at the same time. I just pumped it as many times as I could." I think they awarded him a medal for it, but then, this IS the South.

GSD is a German Shepherd Dog. One is an MWD. Military Working Dog. She's intelligent and fiercely loyal, but she don't play with others. That makes visits to the vet very entertaining.

anybody watch this ? i watched but was very disappointed , 90% advertisement then just read what was in the court report .
what i got out of this ? seems it is all about one more charge the District ATN. can lay on a purp. Basically said a non firearm gun presented as real firearm to the court should be charged as real , the victim or cop does not know it is not a fire arm . Also the bad guys are painting the muzzle orange so it looks like an airsoft replica gun to cause delay decision to shoot .

I haven’t had a chance to listen yet. Plan too tonight even though it doesn’t sound overly eventful. Thanks for the summary.
