Compact or "regular" crown?

IMO, and that's all it Is. Compacts are easy to carry. My Mav is accurate as any gun can be to 85 yes and still great to 120. ( depending on wind)
So if your shooting pellets, compact is great. If your going HEAVY pellets or slugs, long barrels are necessary for speed.
Get somebody to hold the doors open so you can get thru.😁

I’m shooting a 22 crown with 380 barrel, and can comfortable shoot 18grain to 100yards Accurately. Any farther than that, and I’m switching to the 600mm barrel I have. Not bc it’s mor3 accurate, but bc for the same speed, I can tone the guns settings down, and in turn tame the shot cycle to make it less jumpy and hold sensitive. This all helps to shoot longer ranges more accurately.
I mostly walk and hun with mine, so the 380 barrel stays on there for the most part.

Hmm, I Will mostly shoot slugs (jsb KO 13.4gr, HN 16gr and zan 20gr IF possible) i have monster and beast also, but with my current m25 the slugs are most consistent so I was hoping the crown would love slugs too. But by the sound of it i should maybe go with compact since im buying a 600mm barrel anyway to get more options?

Edit: its not allowd to Hunt with airguns here so only target shooting 😇

Pellets sounds like a plan. The 380 barrel will serve you well.
