thought it was not advisable to post this kind of photo , maybe somewhere in the rules ? Gore for the sake of gore is sick .
I’m not gonna raise a stink—after all, the entire subforum warns of graphic images.

Still, my reaction was simply, “GROSS!.” Yeah, I know...pass on by.

How is this against the rules when it says this at the top of the hunting thread

im not trying to cause problems I'm just pointing out that graphic pictures are expected

If the concern is not the rules, but the general public’s perception of airgunners should they see this subforum, maybe the site owner could make it a Viewable by Members Only section. I’ve seen that done on another (non-gun) forum.

Keeps out the troublemakers trolling for things to sic haters on.

Hey if all the haters have to complain about is ethics than I guess it couldn't get any more ethical. I do agree though about making it a members only section it's just unfortunate that we're at a point in our world were you even have to consider someone constantly on the prowl looking for something to bring your sport down simply because they don't like it🙄

I would not say that these airguns were "over" powered. They were powerful enough to get the job done and then some, yes, but these pests are shot with firearms all the time too, at a whole lot higher power level. The damage done by either is not unknown or uncommon, and frankly, welcome, because these are pests. Good for you and your good effective shots, good for for all of us to have fewer pests. Thanks for that, whether you were doing it for the public good or not. Having a picture post about the aftermath on a public format forum in this f'ed up anti-everything climate is not good for us as airgunners. This stuff can be used by anyone, and will be. Nice shooting, but in strictly my opinion only, it would probably be helpful not to post pics for shock value, in a thread with explosive in the title, on an airgun only forum. Unfortunately, this is where we are at today. We can no longer not think about this stuff and just joke around, which I totally get is what this post was. Maybe, I worry too much. I am NOT hating on the OP at all, just all the people out there actively trying to end my sport.

I have posted a few graphic photos in a couple hunting topics. But not in a topic that specifically draws attention to such explosions. So I understand what some of you are concerned about. Sometimes we get that shocking damage from a shot and show it. Just not real sure starting a topic about a ton of them is a good idea.

That person's panties are always in a twist. I think he's like Joe Bidung slobbering in the basement most of the day.

I appreciate and totally welcome your opinion and I agree with what your saying but there has to be a time when we stop letting ourselves get backed into a corner and finally start to stand our ground and push back otherwise our sport is just going to get slowly swiped from us one thing at a time
