Crosman Optimus .177 break barrel. Has been fully taken 
down, trigger mods comompeted to include longer trigger adjustment screw and ball bearing replacement for the lawyer spring, followed by lubricating of all the internals with moly grease. Main Spring removed, straightened, and clipped by 2.5 coils, then coated with heavy red gear grease to quiet the buzz.
The original butt stock has been shortened by 3/4 of an inch with the rubber butt pad retained. The barrel has been shortened by ~3 inches which, together with the shorter main spring provides a smother, less twangy shot cycle and an output of about 12 ftlbs. The crown was made by me in my first attempt of doing that work and is open to criticism and rework as you see fit. As of now the gun is quarter-size accurate at 20 yards.
Gun is currently wearing a Crosman Venom stock: thicker and more robust than the original stock and features a much better shooter's grip. The original stock comes with the gun if that style appeals to you.
